Writing the final scenes of a novel is always a little bittersweet for me. As much as I'm driven to write, particularly after I've survived the slog through the middle, it's always a little sad to be saying goodbye to the characters.
And even though I've only lived with Matt and Amara in my head for a little over two months, I still feel intensely connected to them and it will be hard to let them go.
But I will finish this story. Coming to the end fulfills a promise made to the characters at the start.
Enough introspection. . . time to open the file and do the work.
Rather nice place you've got here. Thanx for it. I like such themes and everything connected to them. I would like to read more on that blog soon.
