A few months back, we volunteered to host a mystery dinner to benefit our kid's school PTO.  It seemed like a great idea at the time.  And then I realized we're going to have 6 guests show up tonight expecting a sit down dinner.
Yikes.
Time to clean the house and get cooking.
The Menu:
Salad with goat cheese and strawberries
Lamb and Artichoke stew over Mediterranean couscous
Grilled asparagus
Red chard wilted in butter and garlic
French baguettes
Good thing my husband is such a good cook.  :)
